Currently, we have an opening for a Mortgage Loan Officer position. We're looking for someone with mortgage and/or have an active NMLS MLO license that can plug-in to our fast-paced environment. You must be able to work in office.Qualified applicants should have a desire to be successful in all they do!Primary ResponsibilitiesTake leads, follow up with them, and close the saleOrchestrate the transaction from lead through closingTake loan applicationsQuickly determine if the lead is a viable loanSend out needs lists to clientCollect documents and complete pre-approvalSupport processing and admin staff when appropriateFollow up with referral partnersMaintain positive client relationsContinues to look for ways to improve process(es)Looks for ways to streamline process(es)Follows up with past leadsFollow up with clients after closing to get more leadsTo be successful in this position, you will need to be able to:Work both independently and as part of a team.Be efficient in completing tasksMulti-taskArticulate complex information in an easy to understand mannerPunctualHave a desire to exceed goalsProvide outstanding customer serviceRequirements:You must have a sales mindset!
